I am a therapist that believes each person requires their own specialized approach to therapy, based on their history and unique experiences.

I join the mental health world a bit later than most, already having lived a lifetime of amazing experiences as a professional performer, a mother, and a designer. I believe in living life to the fullest, not limiting oneself, and pursuing dreams and passions. I understand that life presents obstacles and challenges along the way to realizing those goals, and derives great joy in helping eliminating those obstacles so you can live the life you dream about.

Diagnosed with an adult onset form of muscular dystrophy in my 40’s, I have a unique glimpse into a life challenged by a major disability. Determined not to let it steal my joy, I have established ways of helping others with disabilities to live a full and rewarding life.

I have specialized training in Forensic psychology, having studied the criminal mind, the effects of those minds on others, and how to live through trauma. Whether you’ve resorted to criminal behavior, or you have been affected by someone who has, I can help you navigate these very specialized areas of mental health.

I have worked with clients of all ages, through all kinds of issues, from divorce to loss of a loved one, from dealing with trauma of a violent crime to just adjusting to an empty nest, I will be available to hold your hand through your challenging time.

I support teens and adults who feel like they’ve been holding it together for a very long time.

My work centers trauma recovery, burnout healing, and major life transitions. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT in a way that feels steady and collaborative, less clinical, more human.

Therapy with me is about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to soften, process, and move forward with clarity.

My ideal client might be navigating grief, foster care complexities, old trauma, or the quiet unraveling that happens when the life you built no longer fits.

With a professional background in producing, creative direction, operations management, and community-centered event programming, she has spent years creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and feel supported.

 

Before joining the mental health field, she worked with organizations including Apple and Sony and later helped lead events for General Assembly Los Angeles, bringing together people from many different backgrounds and communities.

Stephanie values curiosity, authentic connection, and the power of meaningful conversation. Her path reflects a genuine interest in understanding people and helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered. She believes therapy should be a welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and move toward greater clarity, healing, and self-understanding.

Known for her energy, humor, and human approach, Stephanie brings both compassion and relatability into the therapeutic space. Outside of work, she enjoys Muay Thai, boxing, and building community through shared learning and connection. She is honored to support clients as they move through change and reconnect with their strengths.
